Welcome Richmond Neighborhood Portland Composts! Food Scrap Pilot.

This spring, 500 households in Portland's Richmond Neighborhood will be selected to participate in a pilot for weekly food scrap curbside collection. You will receive information both in the mail and to your door alerting you of your participation if your household has been included in the Portland Compost! food scrap pilot.
